Mesmerizing Story Of Mamta......!!
Mesmerizing Story Of Mamta......!!

Good Day Friends !

I am part of the most transparent and credible non profit organization, RSKS INDIA. We at RSKS India deliver our best to improvise the condition the marginalized and deprived communities and all the RSKS India team members are committed towards impact. From time to time we see the impact stories from ground through our feedback forms. One of these wonderful Beneficiary's story is shared with you through this report.

Mesmerizing Story Of Mamta......!!

My name is Mamta (Name Changed) and I live with my husband and 4 children in hut in a small inaccessible village. City from our village is more than 50 KM far away. Me and my husband do make coal from the woods and sell the in the city to earn for our livelihood. We get money from it but it is only able to feed us. During the lockdown period it was very hard for us to sell the coal so whenever we got chance, we sold it for less price only but the amount we paid for our daily livelihood was more which hence resulted in vanishing our savings. After the lockdown we were trying our best to sell the coal at the exact price but because we sold it at lower price earlier, it became a problem. We started facing more financial problems as we borrowed money from other people to survive in the pandemic but now, we had to sell our stock at fast at lower prices to meet the family demands.

In this difficult situation, we got a helping hand from the RSKS team as they came to our village and at our house and saw our situation and the hard work, we were doing to have a meal in a day and also selected some more people from our village in their survey and then they came back after few days and came again with the ration/grocery kit packets with themselves. They called the selected people from our village to a open ground and made us sit while following social distancing and then distributed grocery/ration kit and hygiene kit to everyone. The grocery/ration kit was very heavy and contained so many items. After this they told us about the hygiene kit and explained each and everything to us and after few days, they came again to take feedback from people they gave the ration/grocery kit and hygiene kit.

Me and my husband took the ration/grocery packet to the house and thanked RSKS team from bottom of our heart as we were in dire need of this and also from the hygiene kit, we were able to protect ourselves and our family members from the novel corona virus. The hygiene kit contained masks, sanitizers, bathing soap, cloth washing soap, vitamin c tablets etc. as well as the grocery/ration kit contained pulses, rice, oil, flour, salt, sugar, coriander powder, turmeric powder etc. materials. Now we have got time to repay our debts and sell our coal without getting worried about the food for 2 montha. Our whole family ate two times meal without any tension and the whole credit goes to the RSKS team and the donors.

Mesmerizing Story Of Hari......!!

I am Hari (Name Changed), I am 42 years old. I live in a small village which is quite far from the city. I live with my wife and a daughter. In our village people are not so rich and everyone knows each other. We do not have any televisions at our home. To stay updated, we have to go to a Tea seller shop in our village where all the village male people gather to hear about what is happening in the country and outside. When we heard about covid-19 for the first time, our whole village people were like what it had to do with us but in the second wave people from our village also died due to covid-19 and then it was the time we realized that it is a thing of caution but we didn’t have any proper knowledge about how to protect ourselves from the pandemic.

One day some people from the city came to our village and asked me about where are the public buildings in the village, I went with them and told them where the public buildings were. These people were carrying paints, brushes etc. materials with them and were wearing RSKS India t-shirts. After reaching the places they told me that they are from Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and they are here to make Covid-19 awareness wall paintings. They made 5 covid-19 awareness and safety precautions wall paintings in our village with oil paint and 10X05 feet was the size of the big paintings.

Through these wall paintings, everyone in the village got the information about how to protect ourselves from the pandemic. Everyone in our village is busy in farming etc works but every village person surely has to visit the public building once in a week due to any reason so these wall paintings at the public areas not only made aware the rural people but also made aware the passerby people who visited our village. People of our village started wearing masks and went to get vaccination done after understanding through those awareness wall paintings. I thank RSKS India from bottom of my heart and thank them from the view of our village people.

We at RSKS India would love to hear back from you through your feedback, comments & Suggestions on our program. Please check out our website: www.rsksindia.ngo or reach out to us at rsksindiaorg@gmail.com
