HWHL is please to share with you all the things we are thankful for this holiday season:
PRAISE GOD, we are finally providing care in the Waterfield Primary Health Care Center (WHPCC). In September, our business registration and re-accreditation documents were granted for the upcoming year, a Clinical Supervisory, Physician Assistant and Registered Nurse were hired AND on October 13th, our laboratory equipment arrived in Liberia ahead of schedule! In the first two months of seeing patients in the WPHCC, we have provided care to a total of 684 women, children and their families!
On November 3rd, the WHLW staff were pleased to host President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf at the WPHCC for an official dedication of the facility.
Before the end of the year, HWHL will be hiring additional staff to include a Laboratory Technician, Midwife and Janitors.
We have so much to be thankful for at HWHL! As always we thank you for your continued financial support and prayers as we continue to focus on our mission of HWHL to promote the health of the people and educate patients through Comprehensive, Sustainable, Community-Based Primary Healthcare.
