Strengthening our Roots

You've supported this project because you understand that an organization built for parents has to keep getting stronger at its own roots, not just its outreach. Thank you for that.

Mama Dragons has changed shape over the last few years, most of it in ways you wouldn't see unless you knew where to look. We moved our community off of private groups on social media and into a private, vetted space of our own, so parents can ask hard questions without wondering who's watching. We built a more intentional way to protect our membership list, because families who trust us with their information deserve to know that trust is guarded.

And on August 31, we launched Empowered Parent Learning, the first thing we've opened to the public beyond social media, at exactly the moment misinformation about LGBTQ+ kids is spreading faster than most parents can keep up with.

None of that happened by accident, and none of it holds without steady support behind it. That's why we're consolidating our giving around Flame Keepers, our monthly giving program. It isn't a side project anymore. It's the foundation everything else stands on, and we need your help to keep it steady.
