Dear donors,
Nigeria has few doctors and nurses trained in modern medical technology, including robotics. This gap limits safe and precise care, especially in surgery and patient monitoring. This project will train 500 doctors and nurses in robotics through workshops, simulation labs, and hands-on practice. Participants will learn how to use robotic tools for surgery, monitoring, and routine tasks, improving skills and reducing errors.
Initial planning has begun, but more support is needed to cover training materials, lab setup, and staff stipends. Your contribution will prepare healthcare workers to safely use robotics, improve patient outcomes, and build a skilled workforce ready to adopt new technologies in hospitals across Nigeria.
Warm regards,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
