Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is a non-governmental development organization focuses on nature conservation through livelihood improvement of the poor communities. Fishermen families of Mathurapur village are very much poor and deprived. They have no alternative livelihood opportunities except fishing in the Sundarbans rivers. BEDS has trained up 50 dropout students of this fishermen community and developed their skills on poultry and livestock raring and handicraft training. But due to financial shortage, they are not capable of starting their own business.
BEDS is trying to manage the necessary fund from online for helping those disadvantaged communities. We have already raised 171 $ from 10 donation and hope to get the total amount 35,660 $ for this project within 2019. We have shared this news with the poor fishermen community that we are trying our level best for online fund raising for their betterment.
It is our utmost prayer to the national and international donors, please spread out your kind hands for the underprivileged poor community and allow them to lead a happy life.
