Bangladesh is densely populated country where natural disaster across over the country every year. They are fully depending on forest resources and agricultural product. But Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) takes an initiative through natural farming practices among the community. Rearing the swan is part of this initiative. Rearing this swan and by selling this product earning an amount of money that is contributed in Sundarbans Resources Harvesters Cooperative Society income that means ultimately cooperative members earing a amount of money that is contributed in their family income.
BEDS is currently trying to raise funds from GlobalGiving platform in order to help those marginal people in the way of income generation for their better future with better economic conditions. We also hope that through taking support from various corners they will be able to use their products for earning their sound livelihood.
