The global water crisis is caused by a scarcity of clean water available to people all around the world. Only 3% of the Earth’s water is freshwater, and much of that is frozen in glaciers and icebergs. Globally, one in nine people lack access to potable water. This crisis will worsen as climate change intensifies droughts and population increases further stress the water supply. Overall, only 41 per cent of the households in Sindh Pakistan have access to tap water, and this figure decreases dramatically to seven per cent if only considering the rural context.
Fast Rural Development Program working in Pakistan since 2007 and We have installed more then 6000 water wells in the different villages of Pakistan. We have recently Installed water wells with the support of some donors who donated through GlobalGiving, We have installed 30 water wells in different of Pakistan, through these wells we have provided clean drinking water to 900 people and animals.
We would like to thank all our donors for their amazing and continuous support for the deprived people of Pakistan. We are requesting all our donors to start monthly recurring donation to support the cause regular bases.
