My name is Anastacia,I am 12 years old and 5th born in a family of 7.I havent joined school yet but will join next term with the help of safe spaces where i joined 1 year ago.I have learnt alot about girls and myself since i joined the programme. My mum died when i was 7 years old and we have been brought up by my aunt who is an alcoholic and sells illicit brew in mathare slums. My elder sister is a sex worker in town and she is often sick.Me and my younger sister help my aunt to sell the illicit brew so that we can feed.Sometimes the customers treat us so bad and harass us so much and i feel so bad about it.When i go to school,i want to be a pilot so that i can fly far from this cruel earth.I want to help my brothers who are in the streets and my elder sister and live a good life.I know i will make it and am determined when i go to school to learnt with heart and soul to reach my dream.
