We don’t want to think about limits if we can work for saving children from sexual abuse, despite of our Foundation is in Medellin, we enjoyed the challenge of transcending borders of our city and last December we shared our workshop with some kids in "La Estrella"; this is a small town near Medellin with 53.000 inhabitants.
Our staff trained some children and their parents in sexual education, the objective is to educate kids and to warn parents to prevent abuses. During the workshop, teachers talked to the children about how they must take care of their bodies, they explained wich parts of the body can’t be touched neither seen by any other people. With the parents a different job was made, they learnt about signal alarms and how to face this issue.
We want to continue our job and it’s a great opportunity to be in other places,this is a great beginning and now we won’t stop
