Child Sexual Education
Violence against children increased with COVID-19
The pandemic caused by COVID–19, in our country, has increased the cases of child sexual abuse, since, in most cases, the abuser is a member of the family.
To date in this country, 6.300 cases of child sexual abuse have been reported, according to the figures reported by the ICBF.
This brought us to think about a measure of assistance and prevention for children.
We know this is no easy task, but our children and the future of our country, need it with urgency.
This is why we have raised resources and designed relevant, educational, fun and insightful virtual workshops, with which, in the midsts of this crises, we have trained 2.000 children and 530 parents in the prevension of child sexual abuse.
We remain committed to protecting our children, this is why we continue knocking on the doors of public and private institutions, so as to develop more and further training.
Together we make a difference!
