Dear friends, donors, and interested people,
The safe house in Zimbabwe has extremely high security and keeps most details about location and which children are currently staying there confidential in order to protect the victims of violence and abuse from people who might want to hurt them again. Therefore the amount of details we can share are quite limited.
One update I can give is to with a new type of therapy they have introduced. Recently, the safe house team has finished onboarding a partner who provides horse therapy for the children. This is a fantastic opportunity for the safe house residents and will help massively in putting them on the path to healing mentally from the horrific situations they have endured.
