A young child arrived at one of SEMA hospitals in northern Syria, gravely injured after a fall. Thanks to your past donations, we were able to respond swiftly and provide immediate care.
Upon the child's arrival, we conducted thorough examinations to assess the severity of the injury. With meticulous care, we cleaned, sterilized, and dressed the wound, ensuring no life-threatening skull injury was present.
Next, the child received specialized attention from an ophthalmologist to evaluate and safeguard the eye from any lasting damage. We are relieved to report that the eye is safe, free from any significant complications.
Your unwavering support made this possible. With the necessary medical care secured, the child will soon return home to his family, carrying the hope of a brighter future. However, many other children in northern Syria still require our assistance.
