On 13/05/2022, a group of Dufatanye Organization staff visited the children we supported with school materials and uniforms to monitor and find out their participation in the school and their learning.
At the "Icyerecyezo and Rwesero" primary schools located in Nyanza district, we found the children playing happily. Mbarushimana told us that he is now studying without leaving school: "I study well and I pass." Teacher Janvier also told us that children no longer drop out of school: "Children attend school every day with cleanness, well-mannered, learn very well and pass, may God bless you."
Students are now towards the end of the final (third) semester of the 2021/2022 school year. The next school year of 2022/2023 will start in 09/2022.
