Save the innocent Sparrow Birds

We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.

Increasing pollution and global warming deteriorates our environment that directs affects the Innocent sparrow birds as the problem takes the natural habitat of the birds away from them. Sparrow is one of the species of birds that has been listed as an endangered specieds due to the problem. The number of sparrow that used to live in our houses and our surroundings is rapidly decreasing.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, for the conservation of sparrow, installed 11 ecofriendly nests in the hilly regions of Aravali Ranges. The nests were installed on trees to make sparrow feel as its natural habitat. We noticed that sparrow made the nests their habitat very soon and the number of sparrow was increased in the area. We can listen the chirping of sparrow there. People who go for morning walk in the area get mesmerized by its melodious chirping.

The Story of IMPACT !!

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan conducted an inspection of the eco-friendly nests previously installed by the organization itself and took the feedback of the localites. The localites responded postively and appreciated the initiative taken by the organization. Even there are some local people who installed the nests on their own and arranged food and water for sparrow. It helped sparrow to increase its number in the localities. Our activists did the required to maintain the nests and some vessels/feeder were also placed near the nests filled with water for sparrow. The localites took the responsibility to maintain the nests and appreciated the efforts of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan & GlobalGiving.
