An workshop for Save the Sparrow....

By Team | RSKS India

Respectable Friend Namaste!

There used to be a time, when we used to hear the sweet chirping of the sparrow in the morning. In the courtyard of the houses, the sparrow used to settle in their shelter and used to sing sweet melodies every morning and used to wake us up. But now, these sparrows are not found in the courtyard nor do we can hear their chirping. Building of concrete walls and decreasing trees are their main reason because the sparrow has lost their natural habitat.

RSKS INDIA extended its hand to protect this little sparrow and it was supported by the prestigious institution GG. Awareness program of sparrow conservation is being conducted by the institute of RSKS in collaboration with GG and with the help of donors. In this chain RSKS organized a one day awareness workshop in RSKS office In which 55 Sparrow lovers participated in this workshop. .

During the awareness workshop, all the people were informed about the conservation of the sparrow and message to take concrete steps for their safe accommodation. In the workshop, all the people were sworn to save the sparrows. At the end of the workshop all the people were given bird house and food grains by the institute.

A sparrow lover talked to the institute worker after the workshop and told that there used to be a lot a sparrow around his house but after the cutting of trees and construction of houses all the birds escaped from there sight, the sparrow lover made cardboard buns and planted them in the houses in which the sparrow settled its nest and he also filled the grain in a plate. The sparrow lover got a lot of information from the information received in this workshop and also got the bird house and granule which made the sparrow lover very happy.

The support and contribution of GlobalGiving Foundation in the project “Save the innocent Sparrow Birds” is commendable! And the contribution of Donors deserves praise together.

Thanks for your Valuable support.
