My name is Madhumita (Name Changed) and as I sit here at the age of 56, reminiscing about the tale of my son and our shared love for birds. It all began on a sunny morning, just a few months ago, as I pondered over what to gift my son on his upcoming birthday. Being miles apart, with him working in a different city, I wanted to find something unique, something that would bring a smile to his face and remind him of our bond. Birds had always held a special place in both our hearts. We would spend countless hours observing their graceful flights, listening to their melodious songs, and marveling at their vibrant plumage. It was during one of my walks in the park that inspiration struck. I had come across a Birdhouse which had written RSKS India on it.

Excited by the idea, I decided to visit RSKS India office. As I entered, the warm atmosphere and the genuine smiles of the staff instantly made me feel welcomed. I explained my desire to gift something special to my son, and they shared my enthusiasm for birds. The team at RSKS India appreciated my intention and and told us about their program “Save Innocent Sparrow Birds” in which eco-friendly sparrow bird houses and bird feeders are installed.

It was heartening to learn that RSKS India's initiative aimed to promote bird conservation and create awareness about the declining sparrow population. Armed with the perfect gift, I eagerly sent it to my son, accompanied by a heartfelt note. It didn't take long for the excitement to reach its peak. Just a week after installing the bird house and feeder in his courtyard, my son excitedly called me, his voice brimming with joy. He told me that sparrows had started visiting the place, chirping happily as they explored their new home.

The initiative taken by RSKS India had not only connected my son and me in a special way but had also rekindled our passion for bird conservation. We were both overjoyed to witness the positive impact of the eco-friendly sparrow bird house and feeder. The small steps we take, even from a distance, can make a significant difference in preserving our natural environment. I am filled with gratitude for RSKS India's wonderful initiative. They not only provided us with a unique gift but also sparked a renewed sense of wonder and appreciation for the world around us.
