Campaign Status Overview
Progress Update (This Quarter)
During this reporting quarter, American Aid (A A Relief) continued preparatory work to support orphaned children in Lebanon, despite ongoing fundraising challenges.
While we have not yet received donations toward our $25,000 goal, our commitment remains firm: to provide critical, life-sustaining support to Lebanon’s most vulnerable children.
Our team maintained ongoing communication with local partners and continued monitoring the deteriorating situation in Lebanon. The economic crisis remains severe—many families are unable to meet basic needs, and children are among the most affected. This makes our planned intervention even more urgent for orphaned children who lack stable family support systems.
Challenges & Strategic Response
The primary challenge remains securing initial funding to begin orphan support programming.
We are addressing this through: - Enhanced outreach to potential donors and grant opportunities - Strengthening partnerships with local organizations in Lebanon - Developing detailed implementation plans for immediate deployment once funding is secured - Continuing needs assessments to ensure maximum impact once the program launches
Looking Forward
Despite funding challenges, our commitment to Lebanon’s orphaned children remains unwavering. We stand ready to implement comprehensive support, including: - Safe housing and shelter provision - Regular nutritious meals and food security - Educational support and school supplies - Critical healthcare services and vaccinations - Psychological support for trauma recovery - Basic hygiene supplies and clothing
