Dear valued supporter,

Thank you for supporting our project Saving a Critical Wetland for Endangered Frogs. While we continue to gather funding for our critical wetland restoration project, we are immensely grateful for your support in bringing us closer to this vital goal. Your contributions are instrumental in helping us restore a crucial habitat for endangered frogs, ensuring their survival and the health of their ecosystem.

Recent Success Stories:

Women for Conservation (W4C) has been actively involved in empowering women scientists and promoting amphibian research. We recently partnered with ProAves to launch a course for Colombian women scientists on amphibian research and species monitoring. This initiative aims to break barriers and promote gender equality in science, providing training, equipment, and mentorship.

One of our scholars, Maria Alejandra Segura Giraldo, is conducting an extensive research project in the ProAves Jaguar Reserve in the Colombian Amazon Rainforest. Her work focuses on recording and conserving amphibians, contributing significantly to the understanding and protection of endangered species in the region. If you would like to support her critical research for endangered amazon amphibians, please consider donating to support her project and help W4C purchase essential research gear for future wildlife scientists at our Amazonian Jaguar Reserve.

Impact and Future Goals:

These initiatives not only empower women in science but also contribute to the conservation of endangered species and their habitats. By supporting our projects, you are not only helping endangered frogs but also promoting gender equality in scientific fields and fostering environmental conservation.

While we work towards funding our wetland restoration project, your continued support is crucial. Together, we can make a lasting impact on conservation efforts and create a better future for endangered species and the communities that depend on them. Thank you for being a part of this important journey.

With eternal gratitude,

The Women for Conservation Team
