Project Report | Jul 23, 2025
July - 2025 Quarterly Report 2

By Salima Biglary | Partnerships Manager

Quarter: April – June 2025

Introduction

At Foundation Adventure4ever, our mission is to create greater awareness, consciousness, and hope by illustrating real-life examples of how people across the globe are actively contributing to environmental restoration. Through our documentary series Full Circle, we aim to explore how individuals, communities, and tourism partners are working to regenerate ecosystems and restore biodiversity to a balanced, natural state.

A Message from our Founder and Managing Director

At Adventure4ever, the ‘4ever’ aspect is the most important. We are looking toward the future and what life might be like if we do not act now. We do not use the words ‘climate change’ and, less and less, the word ‘sustainability’.  Climate change is far too intimidating, and sustainability, overused. When people hear these words, the result is often disparity and lack of hope, or complacency, leading to a lack of action. People are afraid and individually cannot grasp the idea of helping an entire planet! That is why, at Adventure 4ever, we speak about the environment, which IS in desperate need of help. Though we cannot stop climate change completely, we can help our environment, which will in turn be equipped with its natural task of balancing life on this planet. The question most people ask is: “What can I do? I am just one person.”  The focus of the documentary film series ‘Full Circle’ is to help answer these questions. But how?

By combining inspiring human stories, practical solutions, and visual evidence of positive environmental action, the documentary series empowers viewers to become more conscious travelers and more responsible global citizens. It invites the audience to break old habits, question the status quo, and embrace a new norm of sustainability rooted in both tradition and innovation.

With our advance scouting and research trips across Europe, we have witnessed communities, individuals, even corporates and yes, politicians too, who are all working together in taking action to realize change. We have witnessed the results of these changes and the ‘feel good feeling’ carried proudly by the local people involved in driving change and actively living satisfying and productive daily lives in balance with nature. These are the people and their communities that will participate in the documentary series, They are eager to share their stories, giving examples of the why, where and how they have succeeded in collective actions that educate, excite and encourage others to join in the task of rejuvenating our environment.

This is a documentary ‘For the People, About the People and By the People’ in partnership with Tourism.

The second quarter of 2025 has seen a great deal of internal change administratively, along with the discovery of hidden talents within our team that have developed our creative and organizational processes immensely.  As a result of advanced trips, our archive is bursting with still images and hours of footage. We are stockpiling and categorizing visual materials to support our social media and fundraising campaigns, which include interviews with local activists, community leaders, mayors, and local people, including children of all ages. Though we are now recognized in the field and have tremendous support from those countries already visited, there is still much advanced work to do, ensuring that our content for the series is genuine and practical, providing the viewers with exciting and plausible solutions that will create the drive to make change that is realistic and rewarding.

Our new administrative system has created a well-oiled system of communications within our team and saved a considerable amount of financial output monthly, through exclusive benefits available to non-profit organizations. This would not have been possible without the resources brought to us by our new team members. I want to extend my sincere thanks to my Adventure4ever Team, who currently work with determination and commitment, on a volunteer basis.

Our mission and our goals are clear. Our working process is well defined. The efforts of our team are extraordinary. We are determined to reach our goals and overall mission. Detailed preparation for such an enormous project is not only massive but essential when addressing an issue that affects everyone on this planet – the health of our environment, which will, in turn, secure a healthier future and meaningful existence for all. Step inside the circle of life and environment – the cool place to be - a circle that needs our help to heal.

Working together for the rejuvenation and health of both the environment and those who call this planet home.

Project Progress & Activities

 Advance Scouting & Press Trips

  • Our advance trips continue into 2025–2026, covering multiple countries across Europe and Türkiye
  • In June, our Amsterdam based team traveled to Türkiye, where we held team discussions with our Eastern Team to assess next steps and community connections.
  • These trips serve multiple purposes: preparing our crew for filming locations; meeting with national regional and local tourism partners and engaging directly with local communities through workshops and dialogue sessions. Workshops cover topics such as community development, public speaking, and grassroots sustainability planning.
  • Our small advance crew is also busy stock piling new visuals (stills and video footage) for use in our social media campaign. Selected images are also made available to our tourism hosts for their own promotional work all of which increases our visibility online.
  • We also stay in contact with not only Tourism reps but the local people in all communities we visit, adding them to our online mailing list. .

Team Growth

  • We welcomed two new team members who are now supporting our efforts in partnership building and organizational development.

 Concept Note & Budgeting

  • We completed a detailed Concept Note, which is now being shared with interested partners and organizations, including tourism boards, eager to collaborate on the Full Circle initiative.
  • An updated version of our overall budget has also been prepared to support funding discussions and clarify project needs for staff and production.

 Fundraising & GlobalGiving

  • We participated in GlobalGiving’s 16th Bonus Day, expanding our visibility and donor outreach.
  • The donation feature has been integrated into our website, making it easier for supporters to contribute.
  • Ongoing collaboration with GlobalGiving continues to enhance our fundraising campaign.
  • We are also now present on the Benevity platform, using it as a tool to raise awareness about our projects and to expand our network of potential supporters and partners.

Website Improvements

  • We're in the process of updating our website to better reflect our mission, activities, and donation options.
  • This includes dedicated space for project updates, tourism insights, community stories, and impact highlights.

Next Steps

  • Our next press/scouting trips will be scheduled for September through to mid-November 2025, with destination(s) to be confirmed soon.
  • The final round of advance trips is schedules for early spring 2026.
  • Monthly newsletters will launch in the coming quarter to keep our growing mailing list engaged and informed.
  • We will begin hosting webinars featuring local leaders, tourism experts, and sustainability advocates we’ve connected with during our advance trips. These online events will spotlight real-world projects making a difference.
  • September through to November marks the period for some of the largest international Tourism Trade Shows, notably the ITB in Berlin and the WTM in London. These trade shows are our gateway to all the major tourism boards to continue discussions about Full Circle, securing dates for advance trips to various countries and meeting new potential partners associated with the tourism and travel industry. This will require a lot of juggling with team members needed for advance trips and also the trade shows.

Looking Ahead

In the months ahead, Foundation Adventure4ever will continue to build partnerships, share knowledge, and amplify voices through our Full Circle journey. With the support of our team, partners, and global community, we remain committed to showcasing what’s possible when people come together for the environment.
