Last quarter, we launched a new seminar to teach students how to read a construction drawing. This is an essential skill that adds value to our graduates and enables them to independently tackle a building project. The 4-hour seminar began with a lecture and was followed by exercises to test the student’s knowledge about how to build a 3-bedroom house. They were challenged to answer questions from the plans relating to masonry, concrete, carpentry, and electrical. This type of hands-on learning is empowering, and thanks to your support, there is already demand for another class. Thank you for how you are elevating lives in Haiti.
