School Feeding Joy for Ugandan Kids

Every school day brings a new opportunity for a child to learn, but many vulnerable children in rural Uganda face challenges before they can fully benefit from that opportunity.

Some children come to school without breakfast. Others may have no lunch during the school day. Some also lack basic scholastic materials such as exercise books, pens, pencils, rulers and school bags. These simple needs can become significant barriers when a family is struggling financially.

Good Cause Foundation Uganda is working to support children in rural schools by helping provide school meals and essential learning materials. We want children to have the nourishment needed to remain active during lessons and the materials needed to participate in classroom activities.
