Matt is 12 years old and is one of six siblings. His parents are long divorce and his mother, Sylvia, is struggling with heart disease. This sweet family lives in an informal settlement with other loved ones and close friends. Their story is one of heart ache and struggle and so much sickness. It would be so easy to give up and let the pain take over. However, do you see that beautiful smile on Matt's face?
Matt is supported by our school fee project, and this gives him all the hope he needs to keep going! Knowing he is supported and loved by strangers motivates Matt to do well. And boy does he do well! Matt is at the top of his class. His grades are excellent, but that is not the only thing that takes him to the top. Matt is incredibly motivating to the younger students in his school. They look up to him and follow his positive outlook and work ethic. Thank you to our donors, without your generosity this would not be possible. Your love reaches Matt in Kenya and beyond!
