Glenn Paige Nonkilling School is nearing the end of the first term of the 2025-2026 academic year. Christmas break is just around the corner! Welcome back to swimming in Lake Tanganyika for our students!
Despite the hostile surroundings and environment (endless, ongoing wars), the school continues to excel, imparting knowledge and sowing seeds of peace in the hearts of the children and residents of Kazimia.
Our school will soon have a water pump on its grounds.
This will undoubtedly reduce the death rate in the community from diarrheal diseases, both for our students and the entire population. Our school is destined to be a beacon of culture, health, protection, and progress. Rightly so, a parent recently said, "Naangya mano masomo, wane mwana analoetelwa ubukaji na ine wose o ndalo." This phrase in Kibembe (the local language of Fizi) means in English, "Were it not for this school, my child would have been raped in the field with me."
We continue to gather building materials to complete our buildings.
We ask our various donors not to subscribe and to continue honoring us with their generous gifts.
Happy Thanksgiving!
