THANKFULLY, Children at Hospitals Can Now Enjoy Science Shows!
The epidemiological situation is still unstable in Jordan as it is in many places in the world. Therefore, and even though many restrictions have been lifted in the country, it is still impossible (nor safe) for our team to be allowed to visit children in hospitals nor in refugee camps.
Therefore, we are trying to go virtual and because for your support and generous donation, we are working with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation to provide children at the Cancer Center with virtual workshops and science shows! When delivering workshops, we send the children at the center kits and tools in advance so they may participate in whatever activity is being conducted.
The feedback from the children and their caregivers has been wonderful so far and we hope to continue to bring learning and joy to many more.
With your support, the following were presented to children being treated for cancer:
Please consider telling your friends and family about our project by sharing the link to our GlobalGiving project on social media, or just bring us up in conversations, so many other children in hospitals, refugee camps and host communities can enjoy this program.
Thank you again.
Best regards
