Deimer grew up seeing how more and more people from all corners of the country and the world were interested in getting to know the richness of his territory. "It is normal to see tourists walking in the streets, enjoying the beaches and the typical food served in the restaurants owned by our families".
"I am a charismatic person, who likes to help others. Sometimes tourists ask me to help them with guidance and I do it in a very respectful way, because I want them to continue visiting us so that we always have work".
As soon as Deimer graduated from high school, he enrolled in the Technical Accommodation Program and for 6 months went every day from his town (Baru) to Santa, successfully completing the first part of his studies.
However, due to the global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the absence of tourists and the temporary closure of hotels, Deimer has not been able to start the practical phase of his career.
In the meanwhile, Deimer takes advantage of his free time, watching television programs with his mother and siblings, about room service to "keep the knowledge fresh for when it is my turn to take action" he says with enthusiasm.
