It is another time that we are thanking you for your support, encouragement, sacrifice and the commitment you have shown in the wellbeing of our children. We have experienced growth and lots of great changes both in the lives of children, the entire Tumaini project and community. This has not happened because we know how to work things out or we are working hard, this has actually happened because of you. You have stood with us, you have committed yourself and you have shared the word about us which has continued to expand our family.
Your support has seen our children excel in their education, feel like other children in the community, access good medical attention and have a good home. Tumaini children feel the homely environment and are very grateful.
We had a successful camp for our children and children from our community and other disticts. We had over 350 children and the children had a great time. They recieved teachings, the tenagers were also given guidelines as they approach the adolescence. We had great games time, dance and prayers as well. This was a blessing and our children are having a good foundation of their lives.
Christmas is here with us again! Global giving is matching all the donations that are made during this month. We are also looking forward to brightening our children's Christmas and New Year’s celebration. Getting a child a new dress, a pair of shoe, a good meal or even a candy over Christmas will bring a big smile on a child's face. This is the only time most of the children get to have a new dress or shoe and even a good meal. As global giving is giving us a matching to donations, we believe this will help us put a smile on a child's face over this Christmas! Help us make this Christmas different,
