Send a Girl to High School with a Bicycle Gift

Latest field update:

On the 29^th of October, 2021 we gifted 30 bicycles to high schools girls of Shree Bharatpur Secondary School, Ganeshmancharnath Municipality Ward No-3, Dhanusha. Likewise, 246 school bags and set of stationeries set were also distributed to the girls from the primary wing who were coming to school without proper school bags and stationeries. This is our additional support to the needy girl's student under our regular program – Send a Girl to High School with a Bicycle Gift.    

Without your generous support for the bicycles this could not have happened and we on behalf of the girls convey huge thanks to all the generous donors.

Latest field update:

With the 2^nd variant of Covid-19 authorities have shut down Nepal's schools starting May 2021 to date. Though restrictions on movement and some businesses are opening lately no one knows when the schools will reopen physically. Some private schools with enough equipment and resources have been starting virtual classes for their well-off students who have access to the internet but government schools' teaching-learning activities are totally on halt. Due to this, though we planned the activity we could not able to organize a bicycle gifting ceremony in any schools during this period. We are very sorry to all our generous donors and hope better situation ahead to organize the event as soon as possible. Once the schools are open again there will be no delay in organizing the gifting ceremony from our side. Hope all of our generous donors and well-wishers will be with us during this difficult time.
