In 2017, with your help, we helped 301 American victims of sexual assault in 51 foreign countries. Of these, 183 of victims received long term, intensive case management and holistic services.
The most sexual assaults among the survivors we assisted occured in Spain, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, South Korea, Greece, Thailand and Switzerland. We have conducted extensive outreach efforts to raise awareness of our program in these countries. We believe our outreach efforts encourage American victims of sexual assault to reach out to us for assistance. We do not believe that sexual assault of Americans occur more in these countries.
