Dear Donors,
Thank you for remembering Muslim families who are struggling to survive in northeast Nigeria.
There is something painful about having children who are hungry and not being able to feed them.
Many families affected by conflict are living with this reality.
They once had farms, livestock, businesses and homes. Years of violence forced many to leave, taking away the sources of income they depended on.
Today, nearly 5.8 million people in Borno, Adamawa and Yobe face severe food insecurity.
For a family already living in displacement, finding enough food can be a daily struggle.
This is why your Zakat matters.
Through this project, Clarion Times Foundation plans to provide emergency food parcels and nutritious meals to vulnerable Muslim families. Support will also include clean water and basic healthcare.
Children, women, older people and people with disabilities will receive special consideration.
Your Zakat can put food on a family's table when they have nothing left.
It can help a mother feed her children.
It can help an older person receive basic care.
It can give a displaced family a little relief after years of hardship.
May Allah accept your Zakat, multiply its reward and bring relief to every family facing hunger.
Thank you for remembering those in need.
Please share this project with your Muslim friends, family and community.
With gratitude,
Zahra
