Students at Grasam Secondary School were presented with pre-survey forms to gauge their knowledge on Corruption. A total of 150 students both boys and girls were involved in this exercise that was conducted by VAP’s Anti-Corruption Crusaders(ACC).Each student was issued with a copy of the pre-survey form that included basic questionnaires on issues surrounding corruption. The pre-survey conducted by VAP to students is very vital as it provides the foundation of the implementation of the entire manual to the participants. Once participants are done with the entire course, they are normally issued with a post-survey questionnaire that also gauges the impact of the program to the participants. One of the questions in the pre-survey form is (Are male more corrupt than female?) This question normally generates a lot of discussions amongst the participants with every one trying to defend his/her gender.”Male are more corrupt because they would easily request for bribe openly without any fear, and so this program is very important especially for us young people who aspire to be the leaders of tomorrow as it shapes our integrity” Said Josephine Atieno a form 2 student at Grasam
