Our team on focus in september!

Rob Packer, our Fund Manager, moderated the debate about the depth of social impact at ANDE Annual Conference, in the USA. “It was important to moderate this table with such renowned people in the sector, like Sasha Dichter, Chief Innovation Officer of Acumen, and Nicole Etchart, co-founder and co-CEO of NESsT. As SITAWI along with ANDE lead the series of meetings Metrics in Practice, I hope that we can use those methods to improve the way all members of the impact business ecosystem in Brazil measure their social and environmental impact"

Rafael Ribeiro, our Social Impact Bonds coordinator, lectured about Alternatives in the Hiring Models in the third cycle of BraziLab mentorship program. "It is important that entrepreneurs wishing to act in the public sector avoid an excessively commercial approach and open channels for partnerships and the creation of personalized solutions, collaborating with managers and public servants", commented Rafael.

Finance for Good was also the theme of the first video of the series "Impact Talks" from the Impact Hub! Our director, Gustavo Pimentel, talks to the co-founder of the initiative in Florianópolis, Gabriela Werner, about SITAWI's performance. Watch the video.

This is only possible because of you! Thanks for believing in our cause :)

Regards,
Luiza Coimbra
