Geetings,
We're excited to update you on our tailoring skills training program, focused on socio-economic development, sustainable livelihoods, and climate resilience. The first batch of women has enrolled in our inaugural cohort, where we aim to equip them with vital tailoring skills.
Our vision extends beyond basic skills; we're working to enable these women to create a diverse range of clothing designs, including traditional Maasai garments meeting international standards, reusable pads, and innovative upcycled creations. Our goal is to empower them to enhance their livelihoods and contribute to community resilience in the face of climate challenges.
We firmly believe in the boundless potential of skilled and empowered women. This program not only imparts vocational training but also instills confidence and self-sufficiency. By becoming proficient tailors, capable of crafting international-standard Maasai garments, these women will secure income for themselves and support their families and communities.
The journey is just beginning, and we look forward to witnessing their growth. We remain committed to empowering women for sustainable livelihoods, thanks to the support of our donors and partners.
Thank you for your ongoing support in our mission
Ashe Oleng (with gratitude) .
