Dear Friends,
We are thrilled to share the latest updates from our culinary training program at Saffron Kitchen Project. This year, we reached a significant milestone by introducing our first advanced culinary training session! Catering to individuals who had previously completed our basic training or had prior culinary experience.
The advanced culinary training program lasted 120 hours and covered a wider range of topics and recipes, providing participants with a deeper understanding of culinary techniques and practices. We are delighted to report that the program was a huge success, with 13 graduates completing the training with flying colours.
Equipped with their new accredited certificates, our graduates are now poised to take their culinary careers to new heights. With enhanced skills and qualifications, they have greater opportunities to grow within the hospitality sector and secure meaningful employment. Through our partnership with our colleagues at ECHO100PLUS our graduates will also receive employability training, CV one on ones and extra connections to the job market.
We are immensely proud of our graduates' achievements and grateful for your continued support, which enables us to expand and enrich our culinary training initiatives. Together, we are empowering individuals to pursue their passion for cooking and build brighter futures in the culinary industry.
Thank you for being a part of our journey and for your unwavering commitment to making a difference through food!
