Build a small group home for orphans in Ukraine

Since our last report, we've made some significant progress at the Blossom Cottage complex.

The staff house warm shell is nearly complete. The sttructure is complete with exterior insulation and plaster. Windows and doors are ordered and should arrive in November.

Inside Blossom Cottage, almost all the rooms are painted. Floor and wall tiles are complete inside the bathrooms. Perimeter tracks are installed for the stretch ceiling. Vinyl flooring has arrived and is stacked but we're awaiting for the flooring complany to send a representative to instruct our construction crew about proper installation. We expect flooring to be completed in November.

The exterior HVAC unit was installed and connected and awaiting installation of the interior components. The interior components have been stacked for months awaiting the tile floor and wall in the utility room. That's done now, so the HVAC team should complete their work in November.

After November we'll head into the December/January holidays and likely work will slow down, but once the floor is installed then the crew will install the ceiling and the lighting at the same time. That should be complete by the end of the year.

We'll add interior doors, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, and furnishings after New Year.

We think we're about $100,000 from completion of both Blossom Cottage and the Staff House. We hope to move into the legal registration phase and then the operational stage by next summer.
