We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our supporters and the GlobalGiving team for helping us empower children and communities through practical skills training. Through your generous contributions, we have so far received $126, which has been used to train school children, young mothers, and community members in liquid and solid soap making.
The funds enabled us to purchase ingredients, training materials, and packaging supplies. Participants gained hands-on experience and successfully produced soap products that were distributed to 20 households.
The project is improving hygiene while creating opportunities for income generation. Several trainees have shown interest in producing soap for sale within their communities. We remain committed to growing this initiative and strengthening the children's SACCO to support vulnerable learners.
