Fundación Paraguaya and the Cerro Porteño Foundation keep working together toward the well-being of young athletes. Together, we carried out several activities, such as:
-Prioritizing mental health: The sports psychology department gave several workshops aimed at taking care of the athletes' mental status. Through constant follow-ups, we identify young leaders and encourage team work.
-Organizing and choosing the right meals: Our nutritionist Osmar Cuellar gave the third round of workshops in conjunction with a gastronomic company in the FIPSA headquarters.
-Sexual Health with teenagers: Dr. Luis Cano provided the athletes with space for questions regarding sexual health in the Cerro Porteño Foundation auditorium.
-Finances in control: The athletes were instructed on money management and personal finances, skills that will help them throughout their lives with efficient control of their income and expenses.
