Dear Alhassan donors, supporters and believers,
Thank you for donating to Social Awareness about Differently Abled in Egypt project. This project is mainly what our mission and vision are about. We believe that by changing the mentality of people and how they perceive physically-challenged people, we will spend less time and effort demanding wheelchair users’ basic human rights; it’ll be a given to consider their needs.
We hold bimonthly meetings at our premises to raise the awareness of some public figures and other influencing people among their circles to spread the word that we are differently abled NOT disabled. During these meetings, we showcase our activities, achievements, beneficiaries’ success stories and get attendees’ feedback and suggestions on what we can do differently so we could grow and evolve.
These attendees are always awed by the life-changing impact our projects have on our beneficiaries and amazed by the willpower of these beneficiaries who did not let barriers and challenges stop them.
As part of our social awareness initiatives, we held the regular orientation day in which we invite new beneficiaries so they would know about our projects and initiatives. We travel to different governorates to reach more people who need our services.
