The SCB KU Youth League, which was aimed at promoting sports amongst children, and pulled them out of destructive activities such as kite flying, marbles, card, drug abuse which are very common in under developing areas of Karachi, ended during this period. CEFA U-10, KU Academy U-12, KU Maripur U-14, Nobel Academy School, Lyari Football Academy U-16 and KU girls lifted the champion trophy of this league.
Aspire Academy (Qatar National Academy) Invited Karachi United to play a friendly series with the Generation 2011 and 2012 players. Karachi United Academy Generation 2011 won the series 2-1 and the Generation 2012 lost 1-2. Engro was the sponsor of this series. Players hailing from Karachi United Community Center of Excellence showed splendid performance in all matches. The KU players have shown great confidence and their football talent has been appreciated by the top international coaches present at the Aspire Academy. The performance of the players proved that Karachi United is capable of producing football talent in Pakistan.
Karachi United offers weekly football and life skill sessions at community centers. Football training aims to build confidence in the players and polish their untapped talent. Football training sessions prepare the players to perform well in various football tournaments arranged by local clubs, domestic and international tournaments. Whereas, life skill sessions inculcate values in the players and motivated them to be good human beings.

Karachi United in collaboration with Standard Chartered Pakistan successfully launched the 5th “Standard Chartered Karachi United Youth League” as part of the community service mandate to promote sports amongst young and passionate children.This League is sponsored by the Standard Chartered Bank since its inception in 2017 and has supported over 4000 children through sports to empower and train them to live their dream. The Youth League provides this opportunity to over 1000 children annually. This is one of the mega events that provide platform to young girls and boys to showcase their football talent.
Karachi United signed a MoU with Voices Against Tobacco (VAT) alongside Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) to advocate for Tobacco Control during this period. Our Coaches will be working closely with VAT to carry out their advocacy duties. This will aid the efforts of anti-tobacco to reach a larger scope by creating youth advocates from diverse backgrounds. Karachi United staff and coaches attended a training session hosted by Voices Against Tobacco (VAT) at Indus Hospital & Health Network as part of our on-going collaboration to empower healthier communities. Football is one of the most effective tools of community empowerment and Karachi United is humbled to contribute to this mission. Karachi United and Standard Chartered Bank run a youth league every year to promote football. The main objective of this league is to pull out the children from destructive activities and positively utilize their talents. . The 5th SC KU league will commence in the end of September 2022 and matches will be held in Karachi United Stadium as well as other nearby grounds. Teams are excited and are preparing hard to give tough competition to each other. Karachi United engaged juveniles from Central Jail in Football matches with its Old Golimar center and Moin Star Football Academy during this period. After five-month coaching sessions, these matches allowed juveniles to participate in healthy competitions and reflect their hard work, dedication, and merit irrespective of their background.
