Dear Romania Animal Rescue Supporters,
It is with great thanks that I write this to you. RAR is reaching out to more communities than ever before with our free spay/neuter programs, called "spayathons". The demand is ever increasing as well for our highly skilled vet team, the Dream Team, to travel to more communities to provide help.
Currently there is a mobile clinic fundraiser for RAR that will help us to reach some of the most remote villages near Bucharest and Craiova. With this clinic we will be able to spay/neuter approximately 25 animals per day and provide veterinary treatments in areas that would otherwise have no help for their pets.
New campaigns have been done, as well as returning campaigns, in Adjud, Miroslava Village, Barlad, Bacau, Sighetu, Buzau, Cluj, Moreni, Tecuci, Vatra Dornei, Bucharest Villages, and Craiova are insight for us. We are planning a cat spayathon at the Homeless Animals Hospital in late June or early July, funding permitting. Miroslava and Iasi are in need of cat spays (the city of Iasi provides free spay/neuter for stray dogs, but not for cats).
As the enlightenment and word of our great vets and wonderful work expands, so does the demand. I hope you can help us to spay/neuter more cats in Romania. They deserve the help.....no more unwanted kittens to be abandoned and suffer, this is our goal.
Thank you kind friends!
