Dear Friends,

Romania Animal Rescue has been spaying cats in many cities, towns and villages, including the Craiova spayathon in May, as well as a remote campaign for an elderly woman who had many cats and dogs and needed to stop the birth of more mouths to feed.

We have been asked to please hold an ongoing spay campaign for cats in the city of Iasi, Romania.   There is no spay/neuter program in place in that city currently.   We received this plea for help from our representative, Lelia.  She lives in Iasi:

"Dear Nancy,   I have to ask you for help with all my heart.   The situation is......more than horrid, everyday people find kittens near dumpsters, it is more than we can handle...nobody here s/n cats.  We are drowning ourselves looking through posts with tens of kittens every week. Sorry to push it like this, but really needed to ask you.  If you can help us to set up a free program to stop the abandonment of unwanted kittens and pregnant and male cats, we would be forever grateful.   With love and respect, Lelia"

Romania Animal Rescue hopes to fulfill this hope of Lelia's.  We hope that you can please donate $25 for a cat spay for the city of Iasi.   Also donations for parasite treatment for fleas would be a blessing.   That costs approximately $5 per cat.

I want to thank each and every one of you for your continued support.  Thank you for being there for the Romanian kitties.  So very few are there for them, and we are proud to be able to do so, with your help.

Thank you kind and wonderful friends!

Sincerely,

Nancy
