Greetings Friends,
This month we are focused on doing as many spays and neuters as possible before winter. Dr. Aurelian made 2 new signs (4 total) and placed them on roads near the Center of Hope where people abandon puppies and kittens. Here is the video:

Stopping abandonment is achievable if spay and neuter is provided. We provide the excellent surgeries *free of charge* as our donations allow. We have provided 6719 spays and neuters in 2020 as of October 30. In total since RAR began, 86,216 animals have been spayed and neutered.
We have the ability to do even more, but it all comes down to funding. Only $25 will spay or neuter a dog as well as deparasite those in need.
We depend on you, our generous supporters, as we continue this vital service to humanely reduce the suffering of dogs in Romania.
Thank you with all our hearts for being there for us for so many years.
Happy Thanksgiving and we wish you the very best.
