The Center of Hope is a one of a kind project for Romania and Eastern Europe. This Center, located on approximately 2 acres outside of Bucharest in a village, will serve Bucharest, Ilfov County, and beyond. COH will be the headquarters for our work in Romania. The Center building is nearing completion, but the lights, heating and air, water, and the necessary equipment still needs to be purchased. We desperately need your help to finish the Center of Hope. This Center will house our massive spay and neuter projects, Homeless Animals Hospital Bucharest area, Veterinary Training Camp, and Education Center.

One of our most important pieces of equipment is an xray machine. This is vital to providing the proper diagnosis for animals so that the treatment can be given. The cost of an xray machine, including taxes, permits and shipping is $57,000. We desperately need your donations to help us purchase this extremely expensive yet extremely necessary xray machine.

Romania Animal Rescue has made huge strides in animal welfare throughout Romania. We are now at 50,000 spays and neuters that have been done by our excellent surgeons free of charge in Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal, Surimane and the Dominican Republic. The majority of these have been provided at our home base, Romania.

We are determined to change the fate of millions of animals, but we need your continued help to ensure that the Center of Hope will be the outstanding shining star for animals in Romania.
