Dear friends,

Thank you very much for your support to the Project "Emancipation of the Girl Child Through Education" Project over the last 2 years.

Our girls are doing good. We have more than 110 girl children under our care.

Two girl children got admission in Bachelors' Program in Bhavans Degree College in Math, Statistics and Computer Science, while one girl got into Engineering.

This year, 5 girls will appear for STD X Board examinations in March. 22 girls will appear for STD XI and STD XII examinations. One of our girls H got a prize in Science Fair organised by National Remote Sense Center, Hyderabad.

We finished construction of our campus a couple of months ago. We are constructing a Multi-purpose room and a new Sick-room for girls.

In the next 4-6 months, we hope to add another 40 girl children. By August, the present campus will have only girls .

This month, we are distributing bicycles to 50 girl children. This will give them mobility and empowerment.
