Andrés is 5 years old and lives with his parents and his brother in the city of Medellín, he likes to paint and put together puzzles.
He was diagnosed with bifida spine since his birth and came to the Patronato Foundation requesting support from health services. Since 2016, Andrés has received comprehensive rehabilitation including home care, early stimulation, motor skills strengthening, and hydrotherapy, in addition to exams, medications, and specialized psychology consultations.
Thanks to the support received through GlobalGiving, Andrés will be able to continue being a beneficiary of health services that are necessary for his adequate development and emotional well-being.
