Many nomadic children in Jos are denied an education because of poverty, displacement, and insecurity. Elite Star Foundation will sponsor the education of 40 vulnerable children by covering school fees, learning materials, uniforms, and transportation. Your support will help these children access safe, quality education, giving them the opportunity to build brighter futures and break the cycle of poverty.
Nomadic families in and around Jos face persistent barriers to education, including displacement, insecurity, poverty, and frequent movement. As a result, many children never enroll in school or drop out before completing their education. Without access to learning, they remain vulnerable to child labour, exploitation, early marriage, and lifelong poverty, limiting their opportunities and weakening community development.
Elite Star Foundation will provide school fees, uniforms, learning materials, transportation support, and ongoing mentorship for 40 nomadic children. We will work closely with schools, parents, and community leaders to promote regular attendance and create supportive learning environments. By removing financial and logistical barriers, the project will help children remain in school and achieve their educational goals.
Forty vulnerable children will gain the education, confidence, and skills needed to pursue better opportunities and contribute positively to their communities. Increased school completion will reduce poverty, strengthen social inclusion, and encourage more nomadic families to value education. The project will create lasting change by giving children the foundation they need to build safer, healthier, and more productive futures.
