Sponsor an Education!

From Classroom to Career!

Dear Supporters,

At the African Impact Foundation, we are continuously working to create sustainable opportunities that empower young people to transform their futures. That’s why we are excited to introduce "Sponsor an Education"—a unified and enhanced sponsorship program that replaces "Sponsor a Child" and "Sponsor a Future."

This new model provides consistent, long-term support from early education through higher education or vocational training, ensuring students receive the resources and mentorship they need at every stage. A key addition is the 13th Year, a structured transition phase to guide students after Grade 12, helping them navigate the path to university, vocational training, or employment.

How "Sponsor an Education" Supports a Student’s Full Journey

Your sponsorship follows a student’s entire educational path, ensuring they receive the support needed to succeed at every stage:

  • Grades 1-12: Covers school fees, uniforms, supplies, extracurricular activities, mentorship, and career guidance.
  • 13th Year: University and vocational prep, scholarship guidance, exam support, and mentorship.
  • University Support: Financial aid, transition workshops, and peer networking to help students succeed in higher education.

This long-term approach ensures that every student is supported from early education through to higher education or employment, creating real, lasting change for them and their communities.

A More Sustainable Sponsorship Model

Previously, our sponsorships varied by education level, making it challenging to plan for students' long-term needs. To ensure consistent, uninterrupted support, we are introducing a flat sponsorship rate of $540 per year ($45 per month)

This new model allows us to:

  • Guarantee continued support throughout a student’s entire educational journey.
  • Plan ahead to meet students’ academic and personal development needs.
  • Reduce financial uncertainty for families, allowing them to focus on their child’s future.

Beyond academics, we equip students with essential life skills, leadership training, and financial literacy through programs like Youth Insaka and LETS (Life Skills & Reproductive Health Education), ensuring they are prepared for independence and success beyond school.

We are looking forward to keeping you updated!

Warm regards,

The African Impact Foundation Team
