Sponsor 630 Children in Need Through Education

The December month was very special for children. In the different children's centers, the arrival of Christmas is celebrated, it begins with the decoration of each one of the centers, indoors and outdoors. We carry out a variety of activities that open this important season that fills us with illusion, hope and gratitude.

Decoration of spaces

The elaboration of personalized spheres was part of the activities; each one had the face of every children. Therefore, during December we had photographs session related to this festivity, and also promoting that every family could have the memory of these decorating their homes for Christmas.

Our Christmas “Posada”

Another special moment full of tradition was the “posada” (traditional custom) on December 6th in the children's centers. We sang the “posada” song, one child of every classroom interpreted the “pasito navideño”, one baby represented the baby Jesus, a girl the angel, one boy was Joseph and another girl the Virgin Mary. In addition, families participated singing Christmas carols and ate a delicious “tamal” (typical food of the season) while they were listening Christmas music.

The children’s families were very grateful to share together all the activities that were prepared with great affection and care by the teachers together with each one of the participants.

The December month was full of smiles and enthusiasm for the children’s foundation, who enjoyed traditional Christmas activities for closing the year 2022 and receiving the 2023 year full of blessings for the families and allies who accompany the work of DEHVI Foundation.
