In northern Gaza, where families struggle under the weight of siege and relentless bombardment, young Mazen lives with his mother in a modest home that lost its warmth the day his father was killed in the latest military escalation.
Mazen, a child no older than ten, has faced the harshness of loss far too early. His mother, doing her best to meet his needs, stands strong despite the heartbreak—driven only by her love for her son and her hope for a better tomorrow.
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide a monthly financial sponsorship for Mazen. This aid helped his mother secure food, medicine, and other basic necessities that had become a heavy burden to carry. This sponsorship is more than just money—it’s a message of compassion that arrived in a time of overwhelming hardship, restoring a sense of security for a family on the edge.
At Al-Amal (UMUT) Association, we believe that supporting orphans doesn’t just transform lives—it revives hope in broken communities. Mazen is just one of many children still waiting for a helping hand.
