Dear Supporter,
In wounded Gaza, the pain and wounds continue...but with solid will, hope and love, the people there struggle day after day. The children are the ones who pay the most for this great tragedy, number of orphans is still constantly increasing as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombing of the cities of the besieged Gaza Strip.
Thanks to your support, our valued donors, we continue to reach the orphans of the Gaza Strip and extend a helping hand to them through the financial guarantees that we provide to them on your behalf.
On our last tour, we met the two little girls, Rahaf and Remas, Rahaf, who is 12 years old, and Remas, her older sister, who is 13 years old. We talked with them at length about their conditions and about their father, who was martyred due to the Israeli bombing of the Al-Daraj neighborhood. The two little girls still remember the date of their father’s loss, and the scenes of that day are still engraved in their minds. Rahaf and Remas, like all children, have many dreams for the future. Rahaf hopes to become a teacher, and Remas hopes to be a pediatrician. We noticed that they have a will and faith that many adults do not have. We handed over the financial guarantees to them in your name and in the name of the Umut organization.
At the second stop of our tour, we had a meeting with the 13-year-old child, Uday, who, while speaking to us, sounded like an experienced journalist. Uday has a very strong voice and he hopes to become a successful international journalist. Uday’s father was martyred in an Israeli bombing on the Al-Nasr neighborhood, west of Gaza City. Now he lives with his mother and siblings in his grandfather's house. The child, Lama, is Uday's younger sister. She is seven years old and is a lively and active child. As for Marwa, she is Uday’s middle sister. She is ten years old and she spoke to us with full self-confidence and strength and told us about the difficult situations she experienced, her dreams for the future, her love for Palestine, and her ambition to be an architect in the future and contribute to the reconstruction of her city.

Dear donors, hardly a house in besieged Gaza is devoid of an orphan child, children as young as roses who have lost their fathers or mothers. We provided aid in your name and thanks to your support for these innocent children. We spoke with them and conveyed to them feelings of love and brotherhood from various parts of the world, and we will continue with you to reach as many of them as possible and convey love, hope and financial help for them.
