In the midst of Gaza’s unyielding hardship, 7-year-old Karim dreams of becoming a famous football player. His playground is a memory—a wide green field, now surrounded by destruction. The colors of his imagination have faded, replaced by the pain of losing his parents in a single devastating hour.
Karim now lives with his uncle, who struggles daily to provide even the basics for his family in a world shattered by conflict.
